We hope you all are set for a great Thanksgiving Holiday! An arctic cold front is on its way today, bring more snow and cold temps. Current snowpack in the Green River basin is currently low, but winter is long. They are calling for a proper, snowy winter here this year.. good thing, we need one. The last few weeks have been full of ducks, geese, pheasant and trout here at the Wyo Fish Co and our crew. It’s been a ton of fun. We are offering discounted river float trips for 2 until April 1, 2026 again on the Green River below Fontenelle Dam. $550 for the full day float, guide will have rods/flies if needed, anglers must bring their own lunch.

We are still chasing trout in the rivers and lakes, but as winter gets closer…our bird hunts get busier. We have been on the divers, puddle ducks and Canadian geese. We are currently operating in 2 different flyways here in the Cowboy State. The first half of the season has produced some great hunts and phenomenal birds. We even got a Longtail diving duck to work into the rig one morning…who is in his way to the taxidermist! We are excited for the late season hunts in both small water and dry fields for geese and ducks to pickup. We have acquired quite a few private properties that hold waterfowl and pheasant. Both of which we are offering on our guided hunts this year. Below are pictures from some of the recent hunts.

As bird hunting winds down, we are excited to begin both guided ice fishing trips along with coyote hunting! We love calling in coyotes to closer range on our local, private ranches! They are a ton of fun! Beginners or experts welcome! We provide all tackle and guns needed on these two trips.
