***2019 WINTER GUIDE RATES - $350/ 1-2 ANGLERS (good til April 1)***
We can guide the Green River drainage in both Sublette and Sweetwater Counties here in western Wyoming, above and below Fontenelle Dam on the Green River in Wyoming. We are fortunate to be one of the few guide services that can legally guide fishing trips on the 37 miles of Green River flowing through Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge (under Solitary Angler, Park City Fly Shop/ Guide Service & Four Seasons). Many other outfitters who cannot enter the refuge commercially, rely on the section of Green River below Fontenelle Dam to operate and fish this stretch day in and day out, often times with multiple boats a day. This stretch (section zero) has no limit to the number of guides/outfitters, so it can be full of guide boats...on top of the recreational anglers on any given day. Seedskadee NWR only allows 4 outfitters to operate on its waters for only 7 months out of the year. Do not let other outfitters fool you into thinking the first float, below Fontenelle Dam (Section Zero) is "Seedskadee"...it is not. Though classified as the "Seedskadee Project" it is not the REFUGE and offers and much less solitary and fishy experience. We Start as early as February and go until December sometime (Seedskadee April 1-Oct 31).
The Freestone sections of the Green around Pinedale/Daniel and the New Fork are were we fish around the shop, when it's not too busy. These are great fisheries as well and offer more intimate floats versus the broad tailwater in the south country (Fontenelle/Seedskadee). These are 2 great pieces of water that offer well over 100 miles of fishable trout water at one time.
Flies, tackle and drinks included
8+ hours of fishing
**$500/day 1-2 anglers if multiple days are booked**
Women's Only Guide Trips
Below Fontenelle Dam & Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge included with Four Seasons Anglers, Park City Fly Shop & Guide Service.
5 different Private Ranches to fish and 1 mile of both Pine Creek and the New Fork River (above Willow Creek). Both New Fork and Pine Creek are private access. Call for specifics, dates and rod fees
If you're interested in viewing the river from a boat and not fishing, these floats are a great way to view wildlife and enjoy the scenery the Green and New Fork Rivers have to offer. These trips are usually 3 hours in duration and can accommodate up to 3 people per drift boat
If you can't commit your day to fishing, you can at least do half! We do these floats during the morning or later towards the evening. Both morning & evening are great times to throw rodent patterns! Drinks provided. 1 or 2 anglers. Great provided if needed
Our introductory lesson of fly fishing is a great way to get your feet wet with a fly rod and not commit the entire day to it. We do a 2 hour lesson, which goes over the basics in fly casting, entomology and fighting a fish. We do these lessons on private ponds that do have fish, so catching a fish is certainly a possibility. 1 or 2 people. $30 per additional student caster
