Green River Fishing Update

April 15, 2019

Snow is melting and it's 4/15 - Flows Coming UP!

Releases from Fontenelle Dam are at 1200 CFS now and will be increasesd to 1400CFS tomorrow morning at 9 am.

Fish are still hitting the net, some days are a little slower than others depending on the weather. More stuff is opening up and providing fishing opportunities.  Very exciting time of year. We have unique trips on small water, give us a call for details!

Fishing is about to get real good with the warm weather approaching. We have some openings through the Blue Wing Olive hatch. (late April-Early May) Fish are eating nymphs now, but the dry fly fishing should improve, along with the streamer fishing.

Got a smoker and want to put some whitefish in it?  We are fulling limits everyday.  This Friday is an official "white" trip.  We are doing these trips at a huge discount $350 for 1-2 anglers below Fontenelle Dam on section Zero. Bring your own lunch.  Flies, water and tackle included.  We will catch trout in the mix fo white fish.  Lots of catching on these trips.  Limit is 6 whitefish.  Most keepers are averaging 16" - 19".   They're thick and provide a great tug.!
